John J. Yates was born in
Richmond County NC in about 1815 and
purchased land in Kemper County MS on May 1, 1860. My brother Ted
Yates did almost all the research for this tree.

of William Wesley Yates, and ggrandson of John J. Yates. My
brother Ted Yates did almost all the research for this tree.
Barbara Jane Bozeman married William Wesley Yates the son of John J.
Yates and grandfather of William Henry Yates.
